At Muscleflorawipe, we are committed to providing high-quality photography education and ensuring our students have a positive learning experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your course enrollment. This Return Policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for all photography courses and services offered by our academy.
We encourage you to read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Return Policy. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us before making your purchase.
Course Cancellation by Student
If you need to cancel your course enrollment, the following refund schedule applies based on when we receive your written cancellation request:
- Cancellation 14 or more days before the course start date: Full refund of course fees, minus a $50 administrative processing fee
- Cancellation 7-13 days before the course start date: 75% refund of course fees
- Cancellation 3-6 days before the course start date: 50% refund of course fees
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the course start date or after the course has begun: No refund will be provided
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form. The date of cancellation is determined by when we receive your written request, not when you send it. We recommend requesting delivery confirmation when sending cancellation requests.
Course Transfers
If you are unable to attend your scheduled course but wish to attend a future session, you may request a course transfer subject to the following conditions:
- Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the original course start date
- Transfers are subject to availability in future course sessions
- A $25 transfer fee applies to all course transfers
- You may only transfer your enrollment once; subsequent changes will be treated as cancellations
- If the transferred course has a higher fee, you will be responsible for paying the difference
- If the transferred course has a lower fee, no refund will be provided for the difference
Course Cancellation by Muscleflorawipe
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, facility issues, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event that we cancel a course:
- You will receive a full refund of all course fees paid, with no administrative fee deducted
- Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to a future session of the same course or a different course of equal or lesser value
- We will notify you of the cancellation as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start time
- We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred in anticipation of the course
Partial Course Completion
If you begin a course but are unable to complete it due to personal circumstances, the following policies apply:
- No refunds will be provided for partially completed courses
- In cases of documented medical emergency or family emergency, we may, at our discretion, offer course credit or allow you to rejoin a future session to complete the remaining content
- Emergency accommodation requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation within 7 days of the missed session
- Any accommodation offered is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed
Private Lessons and Workshops
Private lessons and specialized workshops have separate cancellation policies due to their customized nature:
- Private lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full
- Private lessons cancelled 48 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled at no additional charge
- Specialized workshops are non-refundable once confirmed, but may be transferred to another participant with advance notice
- Custom photography sessions follow the same cancellation policy as private lessons
Equipment and Materials
If your course includes physical materials, equipment rentals, or other tangible items:
- Course materials provided as part of the course fee are non-refundable once shipped or distributed
- Equipment rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period has begun
- Any equipment that is damaged, lost, or not returned will be charged at full replacement value
- Digital materials and downloadable resources are non-refundable once access has been granted
Group Discounts and Promotional Offers
Special pricing and promotional offers may have different refund terms:
- Group bookings that fall below minimum requirements due to cancellations may result in adjusted pricing for remaining participants
- Promotional discounts may be voided if a partial refund brings the total paid below the promotional threshold
- Gift certificates and prepaid credits are non-refundable but do not expire
- Early bird discounts and special promotions may have modified cancellation terms as specified at the time of purchase
Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10-14 business days of approval. Please note the following:
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer
- Bank transfers will be initiated within 5 business days of approval
- We are unable to refund to a different payment method than was originally used
- Refunds for payments made by check will be issued by company check and mailed to your address on file
Disputes and Appeals
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied, or if you disagree with the amount of a refund, you may submit a written appeal to our administration. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the original refund decision and should include:
- Your name and contact information
- Course name and enrollment date
- Details of the original refund request and our response
- Explanation of why you believe the decision should be reconsidered
- Any supporting documentation
We will review all appeals and respond within 14 business days. The decision on an appeal is final.
Course Satisfaction
While we strive to deliver exceptional educational experiences, we understand that individual learning outcomes may vary. Our refund policy is based on attendance and timing, not on subjective satisfaction with course content. We encourage students to review course descriptions, prerequisites, and learning objectives carefully before enrolling.
If you have concerns about a course during attendance, please speak with your instructor or contact our administration immediately so we can address any issues while the course is in progress.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The Return Policy in effect at the time of your enrollment will govern your refund rights for that enrollment. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
